# AyCode Cloud and team sessions

URL: https://aycode.ai/docs/cloud/

Sign in with GitHub to reach your Mac from anywhere, back up chats end-to-end encrypted, and work on one chat together.

## Signing in

Open **Settings → Cloud** and click **Mit GitHub anmelden**. github.com shows a short code to confirm; AyCode only reads your name, never your repositories.

## Your phone on the go

Once signed in, paired phones reach the computer outside your Wi-Fi. The Cloud only passes the encrypted connection along; phone and computer still talk directly with the pinned certificate.

## Chat backup

**Chats sichern** encrypts chats on your Mac (AES-256-GCM) before they leave it. Setup gives you a recovery key; keep it safe. Choose projects one by one, sync now, and let the iPhone queue tasks that run when the Mac wakes. A second Mac joins with a six-digit code or the recovery key.

## Team sessions

1. In a chat click **Teilen** (share) and create an invite link, or invite someone by GitHub name.
2. Guests join with `⌘K` **Team-Session beitreten …**. You let each one in and pick a role: **Zuschauen** (watch), **Mitmachen** (take part) or **Fahren** (drive).
3. Talk in the team chat, share a task list, and work in your own worktrees; **Alles zusammenführen** brings the work together.

People without AyCode can join in the browser: they read along live and write in the team chat, without control over the agents.

> Only the host or a driver can approve agent steps. A session holds up to 12 guests and ends after seven idle days.
